I used three paper. Bottom is an artsy paper, then a solid paper (change the layer style to darker), and the top is a white paper with a reduce fill value). Then I used a brush twice to create a photomask. I put three photo to clip, and I used layer mask to blend them together.
I put a big tree brush three times again with smaller and smaller sizes. Only few WA/tags, and a 3D element, and finally a little brush work with white color
