1. Put more black brushes into a layer and use it as photomask
2. Desaturate your photo and clip with photomask
3. Put some WA transfer behind the mask
4. Put a glow behind and top of the photo
5. Put a brush (glass brush) and use an invert filter with it. Use a layer mask with soft brush to remove a part of the filter.
6. put some WA and buttons to your page
7. Use some light brushed for the final result
