1. Use Solarize filter on your photo then change the curves lines. Put lot of texture to the photo
2. Use a photomask more times then merge them into a layer, and clip the photo with it
3. Put a frame to the photo and remove the top of it with layer mask and soft brush
4. Put some elements/stripes and use some brushes
5. Put some transfers at the sides
6. Use an overlay on the top with an invert filter
