Process:
This page is a simple process of layering transfers, adjusting modes and opacities and adding glows to achieve a soft dreamy look.
I first blurred the photo with BlurFX on my iPad, but you can achieve the same result with the PS/PSE blur tools.
I placed the photo over a bg paper from AP Heraldry_ArtsyPaper4. Its one of my favorites with its layered/textured design.
I added the frame for definition and to increase the layering effects.
Under the photo and frame, I added various transfers in color and color burn modes.
I completed the page with brads, the loop, butterfly, WordArt
and an overlay edge clipped with a pink paper from AP LifesLittle.
