Process:
Started with a photo of Maggie's from Germany.
Extracted building from photo (eliminating an uninteresting sky)
Altered extracted image with watercolor technique:

Added shadow to building.
Filled empty sky area with blended APP Storm paper.
Merged above layers and clipped to 12x12 mask; then placed on bg paper.
Clipped aqua paper to Fine Edge Frames No.1 NEW Wednesday and place as border.
Added flower.
