I started with an awesome template from ShowCase Layered Template Album http://www.oscraps.com/shop/product.php?productid=27764&page=1 and clipped my photo to the mask. I used an artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Salty Living http://www.oscraps.com/shop/product.php?productid=30847&page=1
Then added some of the new ButterFlyGlows No. 1 http://www.oscraps.com/shop/product.php?productid=33614 with vivid light and linear light 81%. Just play with the blending modes till you get your desired result. To finish my page I added a quote.
