1. I used same photo three times. Firstly Put in the background. I put a solid paper on it and changed the layer style to darken. I decreased the opacity value of the phtoo.
2. Next time I used a Photo N FrameBlendz element with a smaller photo, reduced opcatiy and saturation value too.
3. Finally I used a small photo with a frame.
4. I put an overlay between 2nd and 1st photo.
5. I used some brushes on the middle of the page and at the side of the page.
6. Write a title
7. Put an overlay, and use a small gaussian blur value on it.
