I dont know these people, but I love photos that allow the viewer to imagine the story.

Process:
Prepare the background with a paper from AP Enamored layered with a paper from AP Mist on PinLight Blend.
Place the photo to fill the page and process it by highly increasing saturation and contrast.
(This was a low-res photo taken from afar and needed some help.)
Set the photo to ColorBurn to blend into the background.
Add two copies of a transfer from AP Enamored to the sand area on Color Blend.
Group the two background papers, the photo layer and the two transfer layers and merged together.
Duplicate the merged layer and blur it a bit to soften,
carefully erasing small areas to reveal portions of the original beneath.
When happy with the result, again merge these two layers together.
To create the page open a new blank page.
Place Page No.1 from ShowCase Layered Template Album No.1.
To the background clip the same two papers used on the first layout (AP Enamored and AP Mist on Pin Light Blend).
Clip the merged photo layer to the ShowCase Template mask.
Select the FotoBlendz and Dotted Texture2 layers on the left side
and the Dotted Texture2 on the right side and moved them to the top, above the photo.
Clip a red transfer from AP Enamored to each of these layers.
Select the Showcase loop layer and the flowers and move them to the top.
Place a flower from AP Mist on the left side and top it with a red brad from AP Enamored and staples from AP Mist.
For a soft green glow, add a WarmGlows No.1_6 on Saturation Blend to the left side of the page,
under the large blue flower but over the FotoBlendz and Dotted Texture layers.
To complete the page, add journaling under the photo.
