Firstly I desaturated my photo, then I put a posterize layer (levels43) and a gradiant map layer (with 5 colors, black, different greys and pink). I duplicated the original photo with Hue layer style, then duplicated again with an invert filter. I removed the black air with a layer mask and a big soft brush.
Then I put it into a paper. I used some brushes under the photo and I put some elements on the frame. I sharped it finally
