Process | I began this layout with the photo. i clipped it to the Fotoinspired mask, then added my BG paper(APP Easter Chicks), which I recolored. Next I added the gold painted frame. Next i added a transfer from APP H2O the clipped a paper from Autumn Haze to it then clipped a Chevron Sweet baby paper to that. Next I added some word art and embellishments to finish off the layout. For the tag, I recolored it then clipped a word transfer to it then the Multi media Sea horse to that.
