Process: I took the photo under the glare of the afternoon sun,
which muted the beautiful spring color of the flowering fruit trees.
To restore a bit of color I increased the saturation, brightness and contrast*
I placed the photo in a mask and frame and further softened the edges
by placing these layers on top of masks and elements from ArtsyLayered Template No.80.
WarmGlows were added to further enhance color.

*I processed the photo with iPhone apps,
but the same result can easily be achieved with the enhancing tools in PS/PSE.
