Process | I started this layout with the Jazzed Up Loop Da Loop. Then I added a background paper from APP Elegance. I added my photo then placed an Artsy Paint 2 brush behind the photo. I clipped the red paper to it. I added the heart transfer on top of that and changed the blending mode to linear burn. I added the dot transfer on top of the hearts. I placed the heart in heart woodshop heart to the left and added the word art.
