Journaling:
Some time in November each year, I start flipping through the photos taken during the year, to see if there is something suitable to send as Christmas card. With all kids in the same picture. There never is. So I start begging the kids for a photo shoot. With a certain amount of threats and bribes, they normally agree. But then they should preferably look a little nice too. All at once. 2012 I had great help from Photoshop for this. The picture that ended up as Christmas card was actually three.
