For this LO I've resized the Artsy Layered Template because she wanted a 18 x13 cm card. Then I've placed the photo in the mask and in the blends (copy it). The flower photos I've placed in the little masks. The artsy kardz I've used as background and in the right blend and a paper with the chevron under it. Left on top I've placed the hearts. The label i've blend with normal mode on 61% . On top an overlay from AP infatuated (heart) and the lace butterfly to finish it. To create some depth I've placed shadows.
The used font is sketch me free.
