When did I last go Dancing?

Here's my entry for the Jan 2013 challenge to journal about ourselves rather than our kids/partner/pets etc. No picture of me - and certainly not one of me dancing! But if you read the journaling you'll see why!

This is such a fabulous page. Boy, does it hit home. Once upon a time I loved folk dancing, but my DH isn't one for ANY kind of dancing. I too haven't danced in forever.

Ahh Selena! Thank you so much for sharing this! I too used to dance. I fear what I look like when I try it now. Even with just the Wii games!! LOL

Do what I do Selena ... stick the radio on (or your cd / mp3 /iPod), turn it up as loud as you dare, clear the coffee table out of the way and just boogie until you're out of breath!!! Invigorating. Liberating & most of all, great FUN!!!
