I am a fan of Paul Klees modern art and realized that Annas new FotoInspired Template Pack No. 2
would be a perfect way to achieve a similar abstract look.
I adjusted the photo color to high contrast and then ran through an abstract app (Decim8).
I clipped a copy of the photo to each of the template foto masks adjusting a few blending modes.
