when i saw that big ol' healthy heart in Anna's new ArtPlay Palette Scientist, i knew what i was going to scrap about: the genetic propensity of some members of my family to fall off the twig in their mid-60s from massive heart attacks. i'm around that age. so, yeah. i worry!!

Worrying is not good...more stress! Know what you mean though..in two years I'll be the same age my dad was when he died from a heart attack so I don't expect anything beyond that since I already had one..but on that happy note..Just live for today and the future will take are of itself. Eat lots of dark chocolate and drink all the red wine you want..and every chance you get..laugh yout a-- off. oh..your page rocks!!!!!
