This is my version of a mE page. This is a piece of mE. I have learned to add exercise to my daily/weekly routine. I don't like to exercise, but I don't hate it as much as I used to. I feel better about everything once I've had some mE time at the gym or just walking with a friend or laughing as I attempt to try a new class. I'm not an athlete. I'll never be a great runner. I'm not very strong on the weight machines, but the only person I need to compete with when I exercise...........mE! As the instructors of the classes always say, 'The hardest part of this class..............'just showing up.' So I do it for all those litany of reasons we're suppose to exercise, but mainly I 'just do it' for mE.
BTW-my shoes are not blue and yellow. They are really charcoal grey and neon green, but with a few coolglows and a couple of blending modes they can become this...........if only real life worked that way!!
