I fumbled through this a bit. And even though I didn't have the same tools in PSE as in CS3, I liked what I created in PSE better. Perhaps because I understood how to use the tools and layers better.

I really like how it all turned out in the end.

Hand is a dingbat, but don't ask me from which one...I think getting that stupid dingbat was the hardest part of the page!! LOL
