Journaling reads: I love this shot of Duster. It shows off his strength and beauty. He is everyones dream horse except for one issue, his arthritis. Despite this, he will try no matter what, whether in pain or not, but I hate to see him struggle. He is always ready to come out, never refuses a command, and always so sweet. Never is he aggressive toward any other horse, even with the ponies, he is right there with them, and when a horse is aggressive with him, he squeals to say "please don't", yet stays there to say it is okay, and never strikes back. Although he is getting old, he has his special times when he feels good, and will run and buck and snort like a youngster - I love to see that. He is also very gentle, and loves to be with people. I never have to worry about being bitten, I am so happy about that. Whoever trained him, created a special horse that must have been so special in his day - and still special to me now - My Duster.
