Finally had my chance to play with Irene's fabulous tutorial https://ozone.oscraps.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23268&page=8. I tried it on a photo of my son's boat at SRAA Nationals. Paired it with a beloved rowing quote, and Anna's Sweet Baby paper boat (couldn't resist as these kinds of boats are likely the first ones that boys mess around with). Thanks, Irene, for the technique and inspiration. I think I'll use this as the title page for the book I'm making my son about his rowing season.
