After dinner we took a stroll down to the lake. The sunset was beautiful, and the town of Orta San Guilio was even more beautiful than I had remembered it. After the good bustle of urban Milano, this was tranquility par excellence!


While there was almost no snow to be seen on the Alps, they were still there, majestic as ever.
