Just playing--with photos I took in New Orleans several years ago. This looks complex but thanks to Anna's 12 X 12 Page FotoBlendz No. 5_3 (link below) it's actually simple--
1. I filled one of the 12 X 12 Page FotoBlendz No. 5_3 with clipped photos and merged layers and resized it to about 1/3 of the size; moved it to the bottom left corner of the 12x12 inch overall space.
2. Then I filled another full size 12 X 12 Page FotoBlendz No. 5_3 with clipped photos, merged the layers, and made it the bg layer for the first one.
3. Merged both above layers and resized smaller, put on top of bg paper.
4. Then I added elements like the butterfly, stitching, overlay, and the horse post I extracted from one of my photos.
