I used a wordart for a title (I usually use a font), I used a big-big photo (usually use smaller) and the whole page is based on a tutorial http://tutzor.com/tutorials/make-your-image-look-awesome-few-light-effects (I love tuts but usually I haven't got enough time to try them).
