on the street where you lived ..my dad

I wanted to play around with the eye view in this layout...taking you down the street then into the photo of my dad..had fun ..lots more to learn though..........This is the street where I lived with my mum and dad when I was born in 1945..my dad died in 1946 aged 23.I was 1year old and my sister was 1 month old and my mum was 20 years old ...such a sad time for her being so young....premier kit from digital scrapper....kit family from Anna aspnes..alpha from pamela lefors designs(hope I can use this alpha with annas kit here in Annas gallery...new to this )please let me know if I have breached any codes....
Welcome to the gallery, lozzie. Love how you've framed your dad's photo and then led us down your childhood street. That is a sad story, though. (it's ok to mix Anna's designs with others here in Anna's Gallery)

Welcome to the gallery. beautiful layout. So sad that your dad dies so very young. Your mom must be so very strong to raise you and your sister at age 20. beautiful layout.

Love the creative use of the frames to create that 'eyeview'.
I'm sorry for you losing your father when you were such a little girl.

thank you all for your heartwarming comments...this photo and a few of my dad when he was a toddler are all I have of him....
so I do treasure this photo..one of my sons looks a lot like him so thats really special..thanks.....

VERY eye-catching page, Lozzie. I'd say you're doing fine. That's such a sad story, but I'm glad you do have some photos of your father. The frames do exactly what you wanted them to do.

beautifully done. a fabulous photo of your father. i'm sorry for the sadness that this must have caused you and your family.

Hello Dear Lozzie, I am so happy to see you here!, I knew you will come.
The page is so fantastic reflecting a passage of time and memories. the photo of your Dad has so much content and it is so unbelievable that he was taken so early from all of you. I think the page is awesome and special Lozzie as the story and the content of the memory. Ann
