This layout is for Saturday's challenge! Yay! Love the template and it was nice to get this journaling out. Love my Ella, but 3 is one tough age.
Journaling:
Miss Ella, there are a few things I need to clarify with you. First off, I love you to pieces and I am positive you know that. But, this age is hard on mommy. You are 3 now. You are more independent, you are smarter, you are more active, and you are much, much more strong-willed than you were a year ago. You are throwing me for a loopp! You resist naptime and bedtime. You throw fits for no reason. You want me to help you and then you yell at me for helping. You are pretty hard to figure out! And even though you drive me nuts some days, you also just amaze me. Although 3 is definitely the hardest age yet, it is also my favorite for many of the same reason it is the hardest age. You are so very intelligent and it blows me away. You can do a big kid puzzle in minutes. You draw people and animals pretty well for a kid your age. You use big words (and use them correctly)! You are energetic and funny and I am so proud of you. I guess I should be happy you dont throw more fits (even though you do pitch quite a few)! You had a hard year last year. I got pregnant with your twin brothers and I was sick all the time and laid on the couch for many, many weeks. Me and daddy were pretty preoccupied with worrying about your brothers. Then we went on a trip for a week when I had to have surgery and left you at home with your grandmas. That was the longest we had been away from you. And then I had to stay in the hospital for 2 months. You were used to me being home every day and suddenly I was far away and I am sure that was confusing and hard for you. And I am sorry you had to deal with all that at the age of 2. Someday, when you have kids of your own, you will understand. I just wanted to clarify that even though you are a tough cookie these days, I love you so much and I will never, ever stop loving you! You are my angel!
