The woman in the middle is my grandmother and the other two my aunts. My aunt on the right side, was back to Sweden for a while this year (she emigrated around 1927 to USA). Here they are going by car down to the south of Sweden to visit some relatives. I just love this photo.

Can't believe this! I think it's one of the most 'grand' photos I've seen of the 50s! All those well remembered details. And your frame is so great too. Lovely lovely page!

What a wonderful photo. So very dressed up and with such immaculate hair. The way our mothers and grandmothers were. Wouldn't you just love to know why they were there.

Vintage PERFECT--photo and frame! My Grandmother started traveling in 1955 when my Grandfather died--and she looked like this--hat and heels even when traveling abroad--or climbing in the rocks!

What a cool picture! I love that they seem so unaware of the camera, and the fantastic place for a coffee break! Where is it taken? The painting-backside frame is perfect for this pic.
