I know it seems strange that I am journaling about a black eye and a cut above my eyebrow. But this is the beginning of my lesson involving time. I am learning I cannot do everything. I may want to do it all, but in reality, I am finding since the incident in January that I cannot do everything. Exhaustion, along with the medicine and poor eating habits, led me to pass out and have the brain seizures. As much as I want to do everything, I am learning that I cannot. I must rest more, I must make healthy food choices.
I must spend TIME taking care of myself.

hey sweetie, lessons like these are very important lessons. believe me. as you say, you cannot do everything and you need to take care more of yourself. nothing is more important than our health!!!

OH NO - ouch!!!!!! These are hard lessons in life - the ones we don't like! I think it's fabulous that you scrapped about it and that you are sharing it with the rest of us! (((hugs))) Just remember take care of you first! Laundry and all of that other stuff can wait!
