this sounds totally intriguing, but I need to know what 'mixed fruit' means? dried fruit, like raisins and cranberries? Or fresh? or candied?! I might give it a try when I get to the states!
Amber "Mixed Fruit is a pre-mix of dry but moist Sultanas, Seeded Raisins, Currants, Mixed Peel and Glace Cherries" it is available in 1kg bags here in NZ.
I love it when recipes are in metric vs US non metric - makes me use my brain converting lol. gorgeous page! love all the blending and the cake looks yummy!
