This is a layout which I did in memory of my cat who I had to put to sleep early last year - It's amazing how the feelings come to the surface when you do a layout like this.

The journalling reads:

Its hard to believe that you have been gone for a year already old friend. At 18 you were old and going grey you had high blood pressure, renal failure, diabetes, arthritis
and were slightly senile. You used to cuddle up to me at
night because you couldnt get warm. We visited the vet
regularly in those last couple of years and I gave you all
sorts of different pills and potions for your different ailments.
You were so patient and we both knew the day would come
When I would take you in to see Ivan and you wouldnt come home.
That night when you just werent right and I got you through the
Night and then took you into the vet in the morning. I knew and
I know you did as well that you wouldnt be coming home with
Me. Ivan said to me it was time and I held you while you drifted
Off to sleep. I still miss you. Your little habits, you telling me off
When I didnt do what you wanted me to do or go to bed when you
Were ready. I will always remember you and keep you close to
My heart Nelson.
