For my F52 project...
One night this week, as I was laying in bed, I heard this nagging voice telling me "you are not creative...you are not original." I decided to not ignore the voice, but write those those thoughts down. By acknowledge that self doubt, I can being to figure out where it comes from...why it exists. Acknowledging that negative voice does necessarily give it power, quite the opposite in my case. By acknowledging that Negative Nancy in me, I can fight her!
