Yep, I was going for the longest, most awkward title I could come up with for this one!
However, my choice of kit was not nearly so bizarre - I mean, WOW! take a look at One Little Bird's latest release, Sweater Weather
http://www.oscraps.com/shop/product.php?productid=28708&cat=363&page=1, totally stunning. Really.
Journaling reads:
At lunchtime today I sat outside, dressed only in shirt sleeves, enjoying our new garden in Urchfont bathed in glorious sunshine. The lengthening shadows gave away the fact that it is no longer high summer but the 16C temperature gives no indication that it is, in fact, mid October. This had been an extraordinary Indian summer; after the horrors of endless rain during August and September, October 2011 has been amazing. At the start of the month London was hitting 29C bizarre, humid, sticky but welcome.
But then the sun drops and evening descends, bringing with it the memory of autumnal nights. And tonight, despite my delightful lunchtime experience, has been so cold that we have finally succumbed and switched on the central heating.
