I met Sophie about a year and a half ago. We celebrated my birthday last weekend (50!), and she celebrates her this weekend (40). I tried to make her a card, and hated each attempt! LOL

Still not sure how I feel about this one either, but here it is. Sorry, I couldn't work in the phrase... lost in a feeling of hope that our friendship flourishes? Well that's the idea.

Journaling: Sophie -- We don't know each other well. But I find myself hoping that as the years flow by, we find we feel we've been friends forever.
