In April, my husband, who animated the video for the Mars Rover Mission, got us a tour of JPL with the goal to see the newest Mars Rover Curiousity before it's shipped off to Florida and launched into space. A friend of his gave us a personal guided tour of the place, showing us life sized models of various deep space exploration robots/ships, a moonrock, Aerogel, and, of course, the Mars rover and its testing rooms. I am still so geeked out about it!
