This is yet another silly photo of my husband a few years ago when we were making Scotch Eggs. NO, he did not lick that knife or eat the raw sausage. But batch by batch we perfected our recipe and technique. Baked not deep fried was our answer. Ok, that's the subtext...Baked, not fried!
