Come On In...If You Dare!
It's October! My favorite month of the year! There's no real story behind this page except...it's October! My favorite month of the year! 
I like this month so much and I have so many Halloween scrapbook products (both paper and digital) that I'm thinking about doing some sort of art journal for the whole month of October just so that I can have the pleasure of using them. Ideally I thought I'd do a page a day, but I'm such a sloooooow scrapper that the rest of my life would come to a grinding halt if I were to do that, so I'll just do pages as I can. This layout is the first page of my very first attempt at an art journal. Never done an art journal before, not ever. I don't think I have the hang of this art journal stuff yet; I think this page looks way too structured, but then again, having never done an art journal I don't know what they're supposed to look like! (I suspect thinking that they are "supposed" to look like something may be my first mistake! )
The Jack O' Lanterns are extractions from photos I took of my house last year. We carve 10-12 pumpkins each Halloween! Did I mention that October is my favorite month of the year?
