This photo is from a 2006 trip to Chicago. I always get a good laugh when I look at it!
When we got to Chicago, we decided to go have some dessert on our walk. Down the Magnificent Mile we strolled and saw Godiva chocolate. We went in and I went up front to read the menu. A clerk fussed at me and told me to move back. Phhht! All I wanted to do was read the sign, and Im sorry that she didnt realize that some eyes are older than others! I mean we had gray hair! That was enough of that so I said Lets go. Right across the street was Hershey's, and for once Chocolate was Chocolate. I asked for hats with our little sundaes, and sitting amidst all the children we had a blast. A server took our photo, and this is one I always think of as waiting to go back to the home! No children were frightened in taking this photo!
