~and oh how true that really is! This years Valentines Day is one that we won't soon forget, I'm sure. It started out like any other year...we exchanged cards, candy, and hugs. -But you and I shared something else too...the flu! You had been on an antibiotic for 6 days due to a sinus infection, so when you started running a little low grade fever in th morning I thought strangly of it. I gave you some Motrin and we continued on our way to your brothers V-Day party at school. By lunch time you had grown increasingly warm and I was alarmed to find your temperature at 104 degrees! Meanwhile, without even realizing it, my temperature was rising as well. I had been sick all week but since I had only been running a low grade fever I chalked it up to a nasty cold. It wasnt until we went to the doctors office that afternoon that I found out both you and I had the miserable flu!! Im so sorry for sharing that with you but like everything else...it was given to you with love!
