Journaling: When we got to Atlanta for the 4th of July festivities, I was handed the latest issue of Southern Living and told that I would be baking the pie on the cover, a peach pie. Well, here it is, down to the lattice crust. Since it is not my forte, I was quite pleased with the result. Oh, it was most certainly delicious.
