OK made this and didn't like it so made Rottenst 2......! Not sure which one to post - so what the heck I'll post both!!! LOL!
There are about 5 masks on this one all blended with different colours of the Rottnest ocean and a shadow added to one of them.
Just used Pretty Masks Vol 2 by Joyce Paul
made the border with the line tool then erased it with the mask at various opacities!!!!!! LOL!
