Here's my entry for Digi Dare # 219 - about the day I was born.

No photos of the event (HA! my father wasn't even near the room!), but yes, that is baby me. We were asked to scrap with our favourite colour - I use brown more than any other colour, and I love hot pink and lime green. And this is one of my all time favourite papers, by Ninascraps - I've lost count of the number of times I've used it. We were also asked to use a baby related item - I used a scan of my daughter's feet taken when she was 2 weeks old. And the handwriting font is by Darcy Baldwin.

I could read your stories over & over and still never get tired / bored! It's reading things like this that make me realise just how much I don't know about what my mum went through, and unfortunately it's too late for me to find out. Beautifully told my friend xoxoxo
