Journaling:
Growing up, my grandmother always had beautiful amber glass candy dishes around her house. She has such a sweet tooth, so they were always full of candy. I dont know if those fond memories of the candy dishes is at the core of my love for amber glass, or if it just so happens to match the color scheme of my house. Now I have pieces from my grandmothers collection. My favorite is a gorgeous tall vase. Although it probably is very old, its contemporary styling is timeless. I will admire it everyday for years to come.
