A good friend at school went to the cemetery on Memorial Day this year. His six-year-old really took the story of his Great Grandfather to heart and spontaneously reached over and gave the gravestone a hug. I have been wanting to scrap this picture for my friend and now at Christmas I had the chance. Since it is not my family or child, I blurred out the name on the gravestone.

Thanks and praise,
For our days,
Neath the sun,
Neath the stars,
Neath the sky,
As we go,
This we know,
God is nigh.
