I don't generally make resolutions but this year I need to make physical exercise and activity a priority for pain management. I know what works and helps--I just don't do it consistently enough to reap the benefits. I know I will never be completely pain free but if I can keep it a level of "nuisance discomfort" I'll be satisfied. The journaling is personal but sure did serve as a strong affirmation/ commitment...I hope!
