I'm starting this challenge about 30 weeks behind schedule, but I still want to play! By joining the party late, I hope to catch up and create fantastic layouts for 2010.

Welcome - it's wonderful to see a newcomer and what a lovely layout - your photos, interspersed with perfect colour choices of paper. And I must comment on your journaling - a reminder to us all about the 'simple moments'

Thanks everyone for welcoming me to the party so late! It makes me so happy to read all of your responses. I'm so glad I stumbled across this subscription, because I've really been needing to step up my game on photo taking and scrapping. Life gets so crazy (I work full time, have a two year old, am 25 weeks pregnant with #2, and I run an invitation/stationery shop on etsy), but lately I've been feeling that I'm working to hard, and not focusing on the important things- like capturing our memories! The first two years of my daughter's life have flown by, and I know it's only going to go faster with another baby in the house!
So thanks all for your support and kind words- it will help keep me motivated to get caught up!
mrstoa- Thanks for the warm welcome! The papers are actually all the same one (from the kit), I just adjusted the hue/saturation to make them match the colors in my photos. I have a tendency to want everything to match!
