I was in awe the other day of how my boy is still into his "matchbox" size cars. I took a trip through my hard drive to see how long this has been happening.
Journaling reads: For as long as I can remember it has always been about cars. Ever since you were little and carried around in a tiny Bob the Builder bucket your handful of Hot Wheels. Well this past week you turned nine years old and once again I heard your familiar car noise vibrating throughout the house. Rather than getting annoyed I was struck by just how many years you have been at this caper. Quite a few as my above scrap pages testify. Of course the bucket has long since gone and the cars are the more expensive V8 Supercars, but it just goes to show that some things never really change.
