In honor of Oscraps 4th Birthday - I did my layout with a 4th birthday theme. (Ok, ok...it was an easy way to force myself into getting at least one birthday scrapped! Now if I can just get the 3rd birthday scrapped!!!)

I followed the Designer Spotlight guidelines pretty well, but I used 4 elements and 4 words arts. (Hey...they weren't that specific!!) One frame and one paper. And since it was an Oscraps Collab...an easy way to get four different designers!
