Ona asked us to try and create our own texture photos for the March 2010 Creative Technique Challenge. So I spent a very happy morning snapping away in my local park, capturing what I thought would make cracking textures. And as photos they are all just fine: crystal clear, interesting (well, OK, maybe the puddle and cracked concrete was pushing it) and architecturally suitable. Yet not one of them is working with any photo I try it on. So sadly, I have not succeeded in part one of the challenge.
