awww.... this is great!! I kind of know how you're feeling. Although Brooke is in Kindergarten this year she is attending the private Kindergarten program where she has gone to daycare for 2 years, so for us it wasn't really different because we already knew all the teachers and the environment, etc. But NEXT year when she goes to public school and 1st grade... YIKES! I'm petrified!!!!! Lots of hugs, my friend!! And I'm going to need to them back in August!

Oooooh, I can so relate to this. My DD started Kindergarten in Aug & even though I am not a stay at home mom I was not ready for her to go...she on the other hand was so excited & couldn't wait. I agree with you that you lose just a little bit of them when they go to school, but I hope your Katie loves school as much as my girl does...it definitely helps to ease the sting for Mom a bit
