Journaling:
As a family we have decided not to participate in the traditional
"Halloween" festitiives.. Instead we spend the evening together at a local
church for thier Family Fun Night. Instead of dressing up and going
Trick or Treating - they have indoor games and activites set up for the
kids. We have been doing this for the pst 7-8 years now with the girls.
They also get a big bag of candy at the end of the night so they don't
feel as though they missed out on "Halloween". These pictures are of
when she got home from this years party with her elaborate face
paint. The night also includes
a praise and worship session and although the church is not our
regular place of worship it's incredible to watch the girls learn that
God lives in all different types of houses.
